Classes

Madhaus offers a wide variety of art education including, but not limited to: glass, ceramics, jewelry, fiber (weaving, basket making, marbling, paper making, leather tooling, silk painting, scarf making, and felting), printmaking, painting, and hand crafts such as soap and candle making.

Enroll in a class to delve deep into the art of glassblowing, kiln working, or flame working. No experience needed.

Ceramics classes are booked on an individual basis with emphasis in the area student is most interested. $25 per hour instruction with a 2 hour minimum. We offer a variety of options in slip casting, wheel throwing, slab work/hand building, extruding, tile making, bisque painting, and sculpture using a variety of electric kiln firing techniques as well as raku. The studio is fully equipped for your experience working in the mud. We offer an amazing library of resources books, DVDs, etc.
